At Vals Creative Artistry, we’re committed to delivering bold, beautiful designs straight to your door—safely and on time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Available for all U.S. orders

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Optional upgrade at checkout for faster delivery

Note: Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future as we expand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
