Returns

  • Returned with original packaging (when applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return. Final sale for custom work.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and processing.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day window. Just reach out to begin the process.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ValsCreativeArtistry@Aol.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method—typically within 5–10 business days.

European Union Customers

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which helps cover handling and processing costs. This fee is deducted from your refund total.
